2. Our 7-day trial period
At Alite Global, we understand that circumstances can change, and we want to ensure that all new members are fully satisfied with their decision to join our community. To provide flexibility and peace of mind, we offer a 7-day trial period for all new members. We encourage members to use this time to explore all the features and benefits of the Alite Global service, to engage with the community, and to direct any questions or concerns to the membership team at membership@alite.global
2.1 What is the trial period?
The trial period allows you to cancel your membership for any reason and receive a full refund of the membership fees paid. This period begins the day after your membership is activated and runs for seven (7) consecutive days.
2.2 How to cancel during the trial period
If you decide to cancel your membership within the 7-day trial period, you can do so by following these steps:
- Notify our member support team via email at membership@alite.global to request a cancellation
- Please include your full name, membership ID, and the date your membership was activated to help us process your request efficiently.
Once your cancellation request is received, we’ll confirm it in writing and process your refund within seven days. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for your initial purchase.
2.3 Refund process
You will receive a full refund of the membership fees paid at the time of registration. There will be no deductions or penalties for cancelling during the trial period.
2.4 Refund payment method
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during your registration (e.g. credit card, debit card, etc.). If the original payment method is no longer available, please inform us of an alternative method when you contact us to cancel.
2.5 What happens after cancellation?
Once your membership is cancelled, your access to the Alite Global platform and all associated membership benefits will immediately end. You will no longer have access to any member-exclusive content, services, community or events.
2.6 Exceptions to the trial period
In certain situations, your right to a trial may not apply. For example: If you have already received and used significant services or benefits as part of your membership (e.g. attending a major paid event or using a personalised service), Alite Global reserves the right to withhold refunds for those services.
3. Full membership pricing and renewal
As a member of Alite Global Limited, you are granted full access to an exclusive suite of resources, events and benefits designed to support your professional and personal growth. The cost of a full Alite Global membership will be clearly communicated to you during the registration process. Please ensure that you review the pricing options carefully before finalising your membership.
3.1 Membership pricing
The pricing for full membership may vary depending on the membership plan you choose (annual or monthly). Detailed information regarding membership fees, payment methods, and available discounts (if any) will be provided to you during the completion of your registration. All prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated. Should there be any changes in the pricing, you will be notified at least 30 days before the new pricing takes effect. You may opt to cancel your membership before the new pricing applies.
3.2 Payment terms
Upon registration, you will be required to choose your preferred billing cycle, which can be either monthly or annually as per the membership plan terms.
- Monthly billing: Your membership fee will be debited from your account on the same date each month.

Upon renewal, the membership fee for the new billing period will be debited from the payment method you have provided.
3.4 Cancelling your membership

If the Confidential Information is stored only in electronic form, the Recipient shall permanently erase all such Confidential Information from its computer and communications systems and devices used by it.
The Provider may request the Recipient to certify in writing that it has complied with any of these obligations .
13.7 Term
The obligations of the Recipient under this agreement shall continue without termination.
13.8 Acknowledgment and inadequacy of damages
The Recipient acknowledges and agrees that:
- the Confidential Information may not be accurate or complete, and the Provider makes no warranty or representation (whether express or implied) concerning the Confidential Information, or its accuracy or completeness; and
- damages alone would not be an adequate remedy for any breach of the terms of this agreement by the Recipient. Accordingly, the Provider shall be entitled to the remedies of injunction, specific performance or other equitable relief for any threatened or actual breach of the terms of this agreement.
13.9 Termination
Without affecting any other right or remedy available to us, we may terminate the Contract with immediate effect by giving written notice to you if:
- you commit a material breach of any term of the Contract and (if such a breach is remediable) fail to remedy that breach within 10 days of being notified in writing to do so;
- you take any step or action in connection with your entering any insolvency or bankruptcy procedure or any composition or arrangement with your creditors (or any analogous procedure in the relevant jurisdiction); or
- you take any step or action in connection with your entering administration, provisional liquidation, or any composition or arrangement with your creditors (other than in relation to a solvent restructuring), applying to court for obtaining a moratorium under Part A1 of the Insolvency Act 1986, being wound up (whether voluntarily or by order of the court, unless for the purpose of a solvent restructuring), having a receiver appointed to any of your assets or ceasing to carry on business, or if the step or action is taken in another jurisdiction, in connection with any anlaagous procedure in the relevant jurisdiction;
- you suspend, or threaten to suspend, or cease or threaten to cease to carry on all or a substantial part of your business; or
- you fail to pay any amount due under the Contract on the due date for payment.
14. Consequences of termination
On termination of the Contract, you shall immediately pay to us all of our outstanding unpaid invoices.
Termination of the Contract shall not affect any rights, remedies, obligations or liabilities of the parties that have accrued up to the date of termination, including the right to claim damages in respect of any breach of the Contract which existed at or before the date of termination.
Any provision of the Contract that expressly or by implication is intended to come into or continue in force on or after termination of the Contract shall remain in full force and effect.
15. Waiver
If we fail, at any time during the term of a Contract, to insist upon strict performance of any of your obligations under the Contract or any of these terms and conditions, or if we fail to exercise any of the rights or remedies to which we are entitled under the Contract, this shall not constitute a waiver of such rights or remedies and shall not relieve you from compliance with such obligations.
A waiver by us of any default shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent default.
No waiver by us of any of these terms and conditions shall be effective unless it is expressly stated to be a waiver and is communicated to you in writing in accordance with condition 8.
16. Severability
If any of these terms and Conditions or any provisions of a Contract are determined by any competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, such term, condition or provision will to that extent be severed from the remaining terms, conditions and provisions which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.
17. Entire agreement
These terms and conditions and any document expressly referred to in them represent the entire agreement between us in relation to the subject matter of any Contract and supersede any prior agreement, understanding or arrangement between us, whether oral or in writing.
We each acknowledge that, in entering into a Contract, neither of us has relied on any representation, undertaking or promise given by the other or implied from anything said or written between us prior to such Contract except as expressly stated in these terms and conditions or the documents referred to in them.
The other party’s only liability in relation to these representations, undertakings or promises will be for breach of contract.
Nothing in this paragraph (16) limits or excludes either party’s liability for fraud.
18. Our right to vary these terms and conditions
We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions and any policies from time to time to reflect changes in market conditions affecting our business, changes in technology, changes in payment methods, changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements and changes in our system’s capabilities.
You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in force from time to time.
19. Third party rights
Unless it expressly states otherwise, the Contract does not give rise to any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of the Contract.
20. Law and jurisdiction
The Contract, and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with the Contract or its subject matter or formation.
