A must try is Ima Yoga Studio – the place for hot yoga in good company. Cleo Vo-Dai, the founder, has created a warm-spirited hot yoga studio, recently relaunched.
I also love ‘Lagree Method’ training – husband and wife duo Adela and Juergen are a marriage made in fitness heaven: Tough love, epic results. Level One is the number 1 Class Pass in the US.
My favourite mode of everyday exercise is at sunrise on Miami Beach Boardwalk – completely gratis!
Miami Beach Boardwalk – or South Beach Boardwalk – is a beautiful, scenic pathway that stretches uninterrupted for seven miles.
Cultural Hits
Visit the Bass Museum of Art – a colourful, multi exhibition contemporary art museum in Miami. Their events are the most varied and engaging from the annual gala, A Night at the Museum, to live music and Art after Dark. Check out the event schedule before your trip if you want to meet people in the know.
